About Sarah M. Thompson, RN, BSN
Sarah M. Thompson, RN, BSN has been a registered nurse for over 12 years. She began her career in medical-surgical nursing and later transitioned into nursing education and pre-licensure program coordination. Sarah has worked at both large teaching hospitals and smaller community healthcare facilities in the Midwest, helping dozens of new graduate nurses successfully navigate the licensure process.
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a state university nursing program, Sarah understands firsthand the challenges aspiring nurses face when preparing for the NCLEX-RN and meeting state-specific licensing requirements. She has spent the past several years mentoring nursing students and writing practical guidance on licensure, exam preparation, and state board regulations.
